Agent memory as a file format

Memoryfields 用 Markdown 页面、可选 YAML frontmatter 和可选 SQLite 向量索引组成可搬运的 zip，把记忆从特定 harness 的多阶段管线还原为文件。规范允许人工审阅、sha256 固定，并可经 S3、GitHub、HTTP 或 Syncthing 传输；作者提供 CLI/skill，但验证主要来自个人 agent 与 demo archive。
