更强 provenance 权重在混合语料中可把准确率从 0.3167 拉到 0.7000，但当答案证据本身来自不可信来源时，evidence recall 变成零、准确率只剩 0.0417。这个反差说明“拒绝不可信内容”与“保留唯一有效证据”是同一个检索旋钮的两面。
