仓库把 Guard 策略点放在 CLI hook、MCP 层和 Router 三个 chokepoint，统一覆盖 LLM 调用与 shell 工具。Docker Compose 会同时启动 FastAPI、Next.js Canvas、Redis 和 Postgres，默认附 OWASP、SOC 2、HIPAA、EU AI Act 等 20+ 合规包以及 22 个 YAML playbook，适合把审计证据和动作阻断放进同一控制面。
